Challenge
Managing 19 projects, 12 cron jobs, 2 AI agents, and infrastructure health across two physical nodes — with no central visibility. Debugging meant SSH-ing into machines and reading logs.
Approach
Built a real-time dashboard that aggregates everything. Data generation runs every 5 minutes via cron, reading from remote git refs. Incident state machine (NEW→ACK→INVESTIGATING→FIXED→VERIFIED) with auto-open on failures and auto-reopen on recurrence.
Result
20+ widgets showing the entire ecosystem. Incident response time dropped from hours to minutes. Infrastructure problems surface before they cascade. One screen to rule them all.
