Always-on AI agent running on our home Mac Mini, reachable via Telegram. Dual OAuth profiles with automatic failover (Codex → Gemini Flash → Qwen3 → Llama 3.3), morning briefings at 6:30 AM, evening digests at 8 PM, and 12 automated data sources feeding context-aware responses.
Challenge
Needed a persistent AI assistant that knows our family context — not a generic chatbot, but one that understands our projects, schedules, infrastructure, and can proactively alert on problems.
Approach
Deployed OpenClaw on the home Mac Mini with dual OAuth and a 4-model failover chain. 12 automated data sources feed a preflight script that generates context before each interaction. Morning briefings at 6:30 AM, evening digests at 8 PM.
Result
Nara runs 24/7 via Telegram. She knows the state of every project, every cron job, every piece of infrastructure. When something breaks at 3 AM, Nara alerts before I wake up. Not a chatbot — a digital family member.
