Replaced manual spreadsheet workflows at PT Gama Intisamudera with a full ERP — shipment tracking, customer management, invoicing, and operational dashboards. 14 field operators and office staff use it daily to coordinate domestic freight forwarding across Indonesia.
Challenge
A 30-year freight company running entirely on spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and paper. No visibility into real-time operations, duplicate data entry, and lost shipment records.
Approach
Built a full ERP from zero with Next.js + Supabase. Edge Functions handle inter-system APIs. Row-Level Security locks each subsidiary to its own data. Deployed incrementally — one module at a time to avoid disrupting active operations.
Result
14 operators using it daily. Paper eliminated from core workflows. Shipment tracking went from "call the driver" to real-time dashboards. This became the template for every other subsidiary system.
