Challenge
Employee competency assessment at Gama Group subsidiaries was manual — paper tests, subjective grading, no tracking. No way to verify who actually knew what.
Approach
Built a multi-tenant SaaS from day one. Organizations create their own question banks, map skills to roles, run proctored tests. PDF certificates auto-generate with react-pdf. Transactional emails via Resend.
Result
Live at cekatan.com. GIS and GLS were first orgs onboarded. Domain-agnostic design means any company can use it — from logistics to education. Competency tracking went from guesswork to data.
